Our client is one of the leading HVAC and Building Solutions manufacturers globally and they are currently expanding rapidly in Malaysia and looking for ambitious candidates to grow with the company.
We are recruiting multiple positions (Senior Sales/Sales Engineer) across different business unit – Light Commercial, Key Commercial Projects as well as Industrial clients in Malaysia.
Key responsibilities will involve:
- Prepare proposals based on the project’s technical specifications and requirements.
- Responsible to ensure sales objective and targets are met;
- Develop new customer and service existing customers;
- Provide solutions and designs as per the customer’s requirements
- Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
- Build strong customer relationships driving penetration of HVAC solutions.
- Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.
The successful applicant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or related discipline required.
- At least 1-3 years successfully selling HVAC or building automation system industry.
- Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.
