100% compliance to IBM governance, administrative & compliance processes – technical & managerial.
Delivery & implementation of infrastructure builds, system Integration activities & remediation there-of as required
Assist in the construction of solution – including architectural reviews & recommendations
Provides technical advice, subject matter expertise & leadership to project managers/leaders.
Responsible for ensuring all time recording data is accurate, complete & up to date for relevant activities
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned including implementing after hours & week-ends changes and support
Proactively liaise with the India & Australia SMEs to achieve the above.
