- Dispute Resolution (mediation, arbitration or litigation)
- Adjudication
- Front end (ie pre-contracts, SWOT analysis, identifying major risks)
- Delivery (background in and oversight of)
- Functional Reporting (ie line management vs functional reporting)
- Developing systems & processes (eg around Contingency Management)
the experience
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:
- Tertiary qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction related Discipline
- Consultancy Background Required
- 5-8 years experience as a Construction Claims Manager
- Minimum of 5 years experience involved in the resolution of disputes and litigious contracts
- Must also have Expert Witness experience
