  • Dispute Resolution (mediation, arbitration or litigation)

  • Adjudication

  • Front end (ie pre-contracts, SWOT analysis, identifying major risks)

  • Delivery (background in and oversight of)

  • Functional Reporting (ie line management vs functional reporting)

  • Developing systems & processes (eg around Contingency Management)

the experience


The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:


  • Tertiary qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction related Discipline

  • Consultancy Background Required

  • 5-8 years experience as a Construction Claims Manager

  • Minimum of 5 years experience involved in the resolution of disputes and litigious contracts

  • Must also have Expert Witness experience
