Head of English - International School in Malaysia


Contract: 2 Years (renewable)


An International School in Malaysia is looking for a Head of English.


Your role is to uphold the School’s Vision, Mission and Core Values. You will lead, plan and teach English across the Secondary section of the School up to IGCSE. Yiou are also expected to assist the School with developing greater ‘impact on learning’ practices. The ability to teach A Level is desirable.

It’s known for its beaches, rainforests and mix of Malay, Chinese, Indian and European influences. REQUIREMENTS


Deliver INSET/training to staff as part of the CPD programme.


To lead, plan and teach English across the Secondary section of the School up to IGCSE


Sound knowledge of IGCSE and A Level.


Possess excellent time management, communication and people skills.


To lead a team of staff


Knowledge and practice of the National Curriculum for England, curriculum development


Manage a budget effectively.
