Operation Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling Remote Access daily operations.


• Consulting with Business for migration of projects and work on daily request related to external access that required TPA SIC involvement.


• Ensure submitted request are implemented within expected SLA.


• Translate customer requirements to clear working instruction to service provider


• Technical consulting on Citrix, Active Directory and application scripting


• Facilitate emergency request with service provider and Business Lines.


• Request handling on daily basis.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience working with Citrix, Active Directory (users & groups), applicaiton scripting, proxy, Identity Provider Service, Windows Servers.


• At least 2 years’ experience in Request Management


• At least 2 years’ experience in token-based technologies, such as hard & software-based tokens.


• Basic Network infrastructure knowledge (Cisco / Firewalls)


• Understanding of IT securiity


• At least Degree in IT or Engineering field


• Drive to learn on the job and to develop their own skillsets


• Excellent written and verbal capabilities in English


• Proficient at working with vague or unknown requirement
