Senior Sourcing Specialist


This position will collaborate and support our APAC RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business in the development and implementation of strong sourcing services across Asia Pacific.
 
Our Senior Sourcing Specialists work closely with Recruiters and are responsible for identifying potential talent for roles using multiple sourcing channels. You will provide guidance around what appropriate talent sourcing channels should be used given your in-depth knowledge of talent demographics, geographis and industry specific experience. Working in a strong partnership engagement with our Onsite and Field Recruiters across APAC, you will deliver quality candidate resumes through the use of the KellyOCG Talent Sourcing Methodology.
 
Responsibilities :


  • Responsible for maintaining a clear and accurate understanding of the entire recruiting process to ensure quality delivery of candidate submissions

  • Identify and source talent across multiple sourcing channels, which might include job boards, social media and other platforms/environments that ensure a strong talent funnel

  • Understand and utilize the best use of job boards through advertising to attract active candidates

  • Understand and drive strong search strings across multiple platforms identify passive candidates

  • Follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics

  • Work within the technology platform (ATS) to track all aspects of the recruitment process for reporting purposes and talent management

  • Effectively review talent from all talents from all channels, moving qualified candidates to the Recruiter for the next hiring process step

  • Complete customized pre-screen questionnaire to ensure validation of potential candidates match requisition requirements

  • Build strong customer relationships (internally and externally) through professional rapport, consistent follow-up and maintaining contact and ongoing communication

  • Provide accurate, timely reports and analytical information to support service delivery and recruiting processes to KellyOCG accounts

 
Requirements :


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Candidates whom done Internal Recruitment or has work in Recruitment firm will be highly considered

  • Preferred : RPO and/or MSP delivery experience

  • Expertise in using advanced search techniques

  • Must have the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software programs

  • Must be proficient with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet

  • Must be comfortable with interest research and use of social media tools for recruiting purposes

  • Identify and generate talent through networking and creative sourcing methods

  • Experience in multiple industries (ideal would be Engineering, Information Technology, Science, Pharma and/or Banking and Finance)

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, intense work culture globally and have the ability to adapt to constant changes and competing priorities

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, consultative & negotiation skills

  • Accurate date capture & timely reporting on service metrics

  • Results driven and deadline-oriented 

  • Must be able to converse in ENGLISH fluently
