Administrative & Operations Assistant


Job Description:


1) Education Requirements: Min SPM/ O-level or with min 1 year in administration & operations related job experiences.
2) PC Skills Requirements: Good in MS Excel & MS Words. Ability to read & write emails in English.
3) Language spoken: English, Chinese & Malay
4) Language written: English & Chinese
5) Working environment: Small-scale business. Home office working environment. Please apply if you do not mind.
6) Working days: 5 days
7) Job Descriptions:
a) Report directly to the Director and Managers in the performance of your duties.
b) Making & picking phone calls
c) Answering to queries
d) Handling order requests
e) Filings & Data entries
f) Generate Reports (All types)
g) Generate Sales Order/ Request
h) Invoicing
i) Handling facsimiles etc
j) Updating/ Inputting personnel files for drivers.
k) Any other ad-hoc duties
h) Expected to undertake the duties of another position either in addition to or instead of the above duties in relation to the Company and its business. 
8) Other requirements: Ability to multitask, work under minimum supervision, and need a spirit of Team Work attitude. 
9) Salary based on experiences (RM1500 – RM 2000)
