Job Description
| 1. Act as interface between customer (Internal/External) and IBM resolving customer fulfillment related issues and providing support to customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction in any of the following areas: – Customer master records management – Inventory management – Contract management – Billing management – Dispute management 2. Ensure resolution of fulfillment related issues and disputes. 3. Coordinate communications with customer and work with counterparts to resolve customer disputes and issues. 4. Respond to customer fulfillment queries and ensure satisfaction with IBM fulfillment practices. 5. Ensure compliance to all audit guidelines and adhere to all established processes. 6. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent • Able to quickly absorb professional knowledge. Have proficient IT skills to perform job required. • Able to provide clear, concise and informative written/oral communications. Accurately exchanges data with internal and external customers. • Able to collaborate with others to carry out assigned responsibilities and negotiates as required. • Able to work on public holidays and weekend as and when business required. • Able to start work on short notice. • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya. • Candidates looking for entry level positions are encouraged to apply. |
