Today, the Group is a leading ICT and business process outsourcing player in Malaysia, with established clientele including market leaders in the logistics, education, finance, manufacturing, and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sectors.


Duties & Responsibilities


Implementation of ICT strategies and introduction/implementation of new technologies.
Effective functioning of the GSSC hardware and software packages.
Support to networks administration.
Maintenance of the CRM system, including the timely and accurate recording of business service requests from client offices.
Provision of web management services.
Provision of administrative support.
Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing.
Ensures effective functioning of the GSSC hardware and software packages.
Ensures efficient networks administration.
Ensures facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the GSSC.


Skills & Experience:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Preferred 8+ years working experience.

  • Able to work independently and good communication skills

Benefits and other details:


  • Mode of placement : Contract for one year (renewable)
