Beauty Center Manager


  • Demonstrate and reinforces excellent customer service to promote a positive customer orientation in the Centre and ensure efficient quality service.

  • Develops and evaluates Centre staff to assure that staff levels meet outlet needs, there is high degree of motivation and retention of current staff, and high standards of quality are maintained in the Centre.

  • Manages and monitors all areas of the Centre operations.

  • Manages expenses against budget and maintains continual awareness of expenses/loss control to ensure effective management expenses.

  • Ensure that the sales targets are attained every month and accountable for incremental sales revenue.

  • Performs other projects, work and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to customers.

Requirement:


Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate such as MLVK, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent.


Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu


At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


Preferably Managers specializing in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
Salary: Basic RM4500 – RM5000 + commission
