About the client
Our client is a finance shared services hub in the hospitality industry. They are currently managing the finance from 5 countries. They are currently expanding the business and is seeking talent to be a part of their dynamic organization.
About the role:
This role is to primarily assist the manager and above to overview all the financial operations of the project, including but not limited to, financial reporting, budgetary setup and control, contract revision and so on. To keep track of all Capex and project costs , compare to budget and ensure all overbudget/unbudgeted requests are properly justified.
Duties:
- Update the treasury team on the funding needs on a weekly basis and ensure that invoices are billed in the currency that is to the advantage of the company
- Act as a focal point of all relevant finance teams
- To assist the manager or above to set up the process for the effective monitoring and control of supplied inventory movement of items in and out of site warehouse.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting or Professional accreditation.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a related finance and accounting capacity.
- Proficient in Fidelio system, SAP and Microsoft office applications.
