Job Description :
In this role, you will be part of support desk team and serves as the central point of contact for Group reporting support for finance community, supporting around 1400 finance staffs globally in Group reporting solution comprise of 6 business critical and more confidential applications, with a super prime service levels and in the SOX scope.
The main applications are BOFC, FIM/BODS, BW and BPC, running on Microsoft or SAP platforms.
Primary job responsibilities include:
• Provide frontline support and resolve problems to the Group reporting users according to the agreed SLA through phone calls or email
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to Group reporting issue or request through the support functional mailbox
• Register issues and requests to support queue through ticketing system according to business criticality
• Identify solutions and initial changes to configuration, both technical and functional
• Work on Group reporting User Access Management
• Execute controls and store all evidences accordingly to control processes
• Assist with onboarding of new staffs and conducting training if needed
Accountabilities:
• Be part of the support team, monitor support functional mailbox and respond quickly and effectively to issue, request or query from finance community according to the agreed SLA
• Escalate issues to other parties internally or externally if needed, take ownership of the issue and ensure the solution deliver in a timely manner
• Manage the workload of the incoming calls and emails
• Run controls in a timely and precise manner • Identify potential large impact issue during critical period, and come up the mitigation plan or solution
• Align people from business, infrastructure, supplier and other teams internally and externally on objective, expectation and requirement
• Participate in project activities such as User Acceptance Testing, documentation review, design walkthrough, Agree to operate and etc
• Work with virtual teams in a global and culturally diverse organisational company
Work location: Malaysia, Cyberjaya
Work Pattern: – able to do shift work
- 7*24 shift works during monthly and quarterly closing periods, available shifts are 7am to 4pm, 3pm to 12pm & 11pm to 8am.
- 15*5 shift works outside monthly and quarterly closing periods, available shifts are 8am to 5pm, 2pm to 11pm.
Contract Duration : 12 months
Salary : up to RM85.23/hour ( approx. RM13K)
