Call center customer service executive for mandarin speaker


-Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services
-Candidate must prossess at least SPM level
-Fresh graduates with or without working experience are also encourage to apply
-Able to speak english and mandarin
-Able to work on shift hours (5 days work, 2 off days randomly per week)
Basic Salary : RM2200
Allowance : RM500
Overtime Rate : RM15 per hour
-Working Location: Bangsar South, KL
