About the company
A leading FMCG company in the region is looking to recruit a dynamic Financial Analyst to support their continuous and sustainable growth plans.

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, the Financial Analyst would be responsible in budgeting and forecasting, other management reporting as well as acting as a business partner to the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budget, forecast and business reviews


• Analyse business variance drivers and initiate discussions with relevant departments


• Ensure submission of the FP&A reports in a timely manner


• Perform variance analysis of business results


• Supporting the business teams by monitoring and analysis of operating expenses and marketing spend


• Support decision making process by performing financial analysis for commercial proposals


• Assist in new product profitability analysis and export market profitability analysis

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business and/ or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ MICPA/ equivalent)


• At least 2 years of experience in FP&A and/ or management reporting


• FMCG industry experience would be a huge advantage


• Good excel skills is mandatory for this position


• Good communication skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders of different levels


• Pro-active attitude towards work


• High level of professionalism, integrity and a good team player
