Internal & External Customers:-
To ensure compliance and implementation of all procedures laid out to carry out a full and
complete income audit in order to ensure that all revenue(s) generated for the day are fully
captured and accounted for.
PRODUCTS PRODUCED:
Audit and prepare banquet bill breakdown report
Check and audit revenue / transaction / rebate posting in Front Office System & F&B Point of Sale
Check & ensure all City Ledger submitted is completely compile
Reconcile 3rd party payable against GL balance
Prepare reconciliation of government tax and submit payment to government department
Renewal of yearly business, entertainment, MACP & PPM license
Audit bank deposits
Daily Revenue Report
Month End Revenue Report
Month End Revenue Journals
F&B Revenue and Covers Report
Various other Detailed Reports to Support Revenue Journals/Reports
