Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
– Design of assembly groups mock-ups 
– Specification and dimensioning of drives and components 
– Specify suitable even complex purchase parts
– Design review and assembly releases 
– Preparation and examination of manufacturing documents (details drawing, assembly drawings, BOMs, assembly and test instructions) 
– Preparation of pneumatic circuit diagrams
– Execution of hazard analysis and risk assessment according to CE regulations
– Preparation of sensors and actor list for electronic design
– Definition of spare and wear parts
– Carry out change and error reports
– Update manufacturing documents and drawings 
– Preparation of consumer specific BOMs
– Project management of smaller development projects

Requirement:
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 
– Min. 3 years experience in related fields and more prefer in semicon industry
– Knowledge in CAD-system, especially SolidWorks 
– Knowledge about ISO-norms 
– Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic drive technology 
– Multidisciplinary knowledge for design of mechatronics assembly groups (together with electronics design and software department) 
– Self-organized and independent 
– Show inter-department team spirit while solving complex tasks 
– Fluent in English language 
– Full-Time positions available.
