Profile:

BGA is looking for experienced sales professional with a proven track record of winning and delivering on new business recruitment solutions, to establish a recruitment brand and acceptional account management skills and a solid negotiator. We will consider consultants from all markets and sectors to join our already established, successful teams in our newly refurbished office in Ashford, Kent.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record within the recruitment industry along with a desire to transfer your skills in other areas of the business. a Massive opportunity exists for you to build your own division with full back office support.

Experience of selling recruitment solutions is essential for this role.

Candidates will also be expected to be able to communicate at a senior level, negotiate terms, demonstrate strong delivery capabilities as well as account management.
