Sales Manager

Visual EFX Sdn. Bhd. is a fast growing company that builds innovative media and communication channels in high traffic environments. This includes animated 3D floor projection and 3D floor stickers in retail, transport hubs or other high traffic destinations. 

As Sales Manager, you are a confident communicator with the ability to drive new business deals and retain existing clients.  You will bring a positive attitude and willingness to contribute, learn and lead.  You are a massive over-achiever who cares about people; you are super-friendly and have an excellent understanding of sales within a media environment. You will be driven to ensure that you and your team succeed consistently.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that we hit our business targets by leading the sales department. Specifically, your responsibilities will include but in no way be limited to:

• Presenting the business to everyone who comes into contact with the business;  


• Developing long lasting relationships with key clients and partners;


• To be responsible for contributing to and then delivering the overall sales and marketing strategy for the business;


• To be responsible for all outbound and inbound marketing channels;


• To ensure that the sales team delivers on new account and retention targets;


• To develop and deliver presentations to current clients and prospects. 

The position:

• The position advertised is for a full time vacancy, commencing March 2016;


• There will be a minimum of a 6 month probationary period, extendable up to 9 months;


•  You may be required to travel throughout Malaysia & Singapore;


•  Competitive basic salary with commissions and other allowances;


• At least 3 years working experience in sales;


• Related experience in advertising or media preferred
