This multi national consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, based in Kuala Lumpur. This firm specialises in the cost management of projects across a variety of sectors and has a huge 2016 order book. This is a chance to fast track your career and be involved with some of KL’s most iconic projects.

Joining a high performing team you will oversee multiple high value projects that support Malaysia’s Economic Transformation Program. As part of the leadership team you will be involved in the training and management of other staff.

• Cost Planning and Cost Management


• Estimating and Measuring


• Feasibility studies


• Value management


• Budget control


• Post contract administration

skills & responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• 10+ years postgraduate experience


• 5 years with Cost Consultants / Project Management Consultancies


• Degree / Diploma in Cost management or Quantity Surveying


• Strong written and verbal English skills


• Overseas experience / RICS advantageous
