about the role

You will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and assist in the cost management of iconic infrastructure projects across Kuala Lumpur. You will assist in managing 2-3 projects at one time and will be responsible for managing both the quantity and cost of those projects.

• Cost management and cost planning


• Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Estimating


• Feasibility cost advice


• Subcontractor tender analysis and evaluation


• Liaise and manage Clients and stakeholders

skills & responsibilties

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• 1+ years local or International Quantity Surveying/ Estimating experience


• Recently graduated with Construction / Cost management or Quantity Surveying


• Strong English written and verbal communication skills


• Overseas Education advantageous
