Site Supervisor - Architecture
1. Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities.
2. Inspect and control quality of construction work supervise subcontractors and subordinates to meet quality & profitability of the project as specified in contract.
3. Ensure all works are in accordance with specification and drawings.
4. Undertaking inspection of work at appropriate stages to ensure conformance to specification.
5. Supervising and controlling the direct labors and subcontractor’s works for completion of the respective works.
6. Check daily attendance of all sub-contractor’s workers for late arrival, absent, early departure and false claim etc.
7. Assist Safety Officer in ensuring all sub-contractor’s workers adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
8. Accommodation and allowance provided.
9. Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
10. Minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduates is encourage to apply.
11. Able to prepare and handle site daily report.
12. Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
13. 5 & half days works.
14. Provide own transport.
• Salary: RM 1 500 – RM2 500 per month (Depend on experience)
