System Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Work closely with all level of users to gather and study their requirements


• Liaise with vendors to support and provide network and cabling solutions


• Support, review, document and update detailed operation procedures, reports and guidelines for hardware equipment


• Setup, support and maintain WAN and LAN network


• Provide users training on software application or hardware access.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology


• Adequate computer skills, experience in supporting LAN and WAN environment


• Applicant with technical (network/Network security) and customer service background is an added advantage


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity


• Right candidate to commence work immediately


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply


• Applicant must be prepared to be based at Shah Alam Section 26 site
