Job Description

• To conduct money changing service to customer.


• To provide top-notch customer service by handling foreign currency
  exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.


• Conduct customer due deligence with strong listening and verbal
  communication skills


• Reconcile daily transactions


• Strong customer service & Problem solving skills


• Ability to work well in a team environment & follow procedures


• Detail-oriented and organized
   
   
  Requirement:


• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level / Pre- U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.


• No working experience required.


• Strong communication skill and confident dealing with both local and foreign customer.


• Competent in computer application


• Cash handling experience will be an added advantage
