Training and Development Executive

Responsibilities

• To conduct comprehensive in-house training for employees of the company, primarily in the areas of company policy and customer service.


• To conduct orientation programme for new employees.


• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assist in Prepare Training Plan.


• To develop training modules, manuals and presentations.


• Conduct evaluation and follow-up on to assess training effectiveness.


• Promote dialogue and involvement amongst all learners.


• Source and coordinate external training programmes.


• Responsible for the internship programme hiring and management.


• To keep a training record of each employee training activities.


• Contribute to the success of high performance team.


• Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by HR Manager or COO On-boarding procedure for NE level.


• General administration task.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.


• Possess good interpersonal skills.


• Pleasant and responsible personality, service oriented, patient, confident, self motivated, a good team player and able to work independently under pressure environment.


• Familiar with HRDF processes and well-versed with the latest developments in training.


• Aggressive in nature.
