Join a major main contractor with >RM6BN in current projects. Our client specialise in High rise (20+) buildings both commercial and residential. With 40 years of experience our client is a top 10 construction company with varous business units; Developer & Main Contractor and Assets that include Hotels, Malls and Condos. This is a permanent role based in Head office – 5 days per week.


the role
2 Vacancies are available; High Rise Hotel and High Rise Commercial Towr. You will be attached to one projet full time and be assigned 1 senior contract executive to manage, responsibilities will include.
Cost Planning and Cost Management
Estimating and Measuring
Feasibility studies
Value management
Budget control
Post contract administration



skills & responsibilities
Total work experience of 8-12 years.
Experience with Main Contractors, Developers or PMC
Experience with Commercial projects (Hotels or offices)
Experience on projects worth >MYR 100m
Your current role may be Assistant CM or Senior QS
