Join a MNC construction and Engineering main contractor . This company is known internationally and are involved with high rise (40+ floors) construction of condos, commercial towers and hotels.

about the role

Joining an experienced Tender / Estimating team. You will be involved in all Pre Contract & Tendering. These complex tenders can exceed MYR500m in size and are a mix of high rise luxury apartments, Hotels and Offices.

skills and experience

• Experience with Large Mega projects (MYR 300m+)


• High Rise experience (40 stories +)


• Estimator, Pre Contract, Tendering QS or Bidding experience


• Flexible to work late or 6 days when tenders are due back


• 8+ years’ experience with a Main Contractor.
