Resident Architect - Kuala Lumpur

My client is a multinational company with a strong reputation in the architecture industry specializing in hotels and luxury condominiums.

The role has arisen due to the company’s major growth and ambitious future. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in projects from hotels and luxury condominiums and casino complexes.

Your duties will include :

• To monitor, highlight and report site issues to management on a timely manner


• Coordinate and monitor architectural and design works


• To perform quality control check, in-process and final inspection of architectural works and to report any non-conformance


• Supervise, control and coordinate architectural activities to ensure smooth execution.

You skills and experiences should include :

• Must possess at least a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree, architecture or equivalent.


• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia/English


• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position


• Preferably senior executives specializing in architecture or equivalent


• Ability to assess site issues and propose solutions
