• HQ based (Subang Jaya) – 5 days


• Project: MRT line 2


• Managing 5 including QS and ACM

about the company

Specialised main contractor who have 30 years experience, they have won some major MRT projects and are involved with the Civil, Ground works, bridges and Viaducts. Other projects include 4 tower high rise development and their own in house developments.

about the role

Reporting to the GM of contracts you will manage a team of 5 that includes an Assistant Contract Manager and multiple QS’s. You will be involved in Post contract work that includes claims, contractual claims, case studies and disputes. You will also get involved in Budgets and contribute to the tender process.

skills and experience

• Experience in Civil works / infrastructure / large projects


• Manage a small team currently


• 15 + years experience in a QS capacity


• Currently Assistant Contract Manager / Contract Manager
