Location: Libya (Office Operations based in Cairo, Egypt)
Our Client a renowned distributor of a popular beverage is seeking to fill the position of a Finance Manager who will assist the organization’s mission to ensure that the Organization grows its multibillion dollar global beverage revenue by mid-single digits annually through world class brand building and innovation.Create business models for new products and platforms to generate financial projections and associated risk profiles
Duties:
Communicate key insights and recommendations to senior management to drive GBG innovation agendasDrive capital investment decisions regarding manufacturing capabilities highlighting make vs buy and fixed vs variable trade-offs.Understand innovation performance and provide recommendations on course corrections and impact on strategyProvide finance thought leadership and financial analysis on innovation projects and customization projectsPerform company peer competitive analysis and earnings snapshotsUndergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for MBA6+ years accounting and budget/financial analysis experience.Ability to effectively interact with management.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable skills/processesStrong people skills to manage information-gathering requestsResults oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)Able to work independently while keeping Manager apprised of progress and issuesAbility to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace changeComfort in ambiguity as demonstrated by being able to adapt in less-structured environmentStrong problem solving capability to figure out solutions to complex issuesProficient in Excel and other Microsoft productsTo apply, send your CV and cover letter to hr@flexi-personnel.com before Friday 5th December, 2014.
