SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Efficient and effective functioning of the Contracts, Finance and Administration systems of the Technical Support Facility (TSF)Ensuring compliance with IPPF and UNAIDS accountability requirementsMaintaining and updating the TSF operations manuals and standard operating proceduresEnsuring timely, accurate and complete financial reportingAssisting the TSF Director with development of work plans, budgets and log framesRequirements:
A Degree in Management or Administration or equivalentMinimum 10 years managerial and NGO experience in the relevant fieldExperience and competence in office managementStrong process and systems management skillsKnowledge of and/or experience in administration of technical assistanceSome knowledge of HIV and AIDS issues in the Asia and Pacific RegionThe post of Senior Business Manager will be on fixed term contract until 31 December 2015. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
