With funding from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS), IPPF ESEAOR is operating a regional Technical Support Facility for HIV and AIDS covering Asia and the Pacific (TSF AP) and is looking for committed and dynamic individual to fill the position of:

SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Efficient and effective functioning of the Contracts, Finance and Administration systems of the Technical Support Facility (TSF)Ensuring compliance with IPPF and UNAIDS accountability requirementsMaintaining and updating the TSF operations manuals and standard operating proceduresEnsuring timely, accurate and complete financial reportingAssisting the TSF Director with development of work plans, budgets and log frames

Requirements:

A Degree in Management or Administration or equivalentMinimum 10 years managerial and NGO experience in the relevant fieldExperience and competence in office managementStrong process and systems management skillsKnowledge of and/or experience in administration of technical assistanceSome knowledge of HIV and AIDS issues in the Asia and Pacific Region

The post of Senior Business Manager will be on fixed term contract until 31 December 2015. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
