about the role
Reporting directly to an experienced manager, the account assistant will be given hands on training until deemed ready to be independent. The manager has been regarded as the “best person to learn from” by colleagues.

duties & responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing and reconciliations


• Perform full set of accounts when required


• Monitor Accounts Receivable on a day to day basis


• Communicate with various stakeholders including regional counterparts, tax authorities and auditors


• Handle any ad-hoc task whenever necessary

skills & experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent


• Good interpersonal skills required to interact with stakeholders of different levels and countries


• Both fresh grad and experienced individual up to 3 years are encourage to apply


• Good command of both English and Chinese required because job includes communication with counterparts in other region which may predominantly speaks only Chinese
