Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:


  •  Manage daily task and meet SLA targets

  •  Handle inbound and outbound calls

  •  Attend to inbound enquiries, request and feedback received via email and chatGood follow up skills

  •  Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customer

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer focused

Requirements:


  •  Min SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  •  Knowledge of other foreign languages and local dialects is an added advantage

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Support and/or Live Chat Support.

  •  4-day work week

  • Willing to work on weekends / public holidays

  • Shift hours: 8.30am-8.30pm, 8.30pm-8.30am

  • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Words

  • Good typing speed (min 40 wpm)

  •  Can Start work immediately is an added advantage 

  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
