mid sized firm with an excellent record in high rise and mixed development projects. Rapidly increasing due to upcoming projects and venture into shopping malls.

job description

• prepare working drawings and details for tender and construction


• prepare sketch drawings/concept plans and presentation drawings


• develop sketch design into working drawings for submission to authorities


• assist principal/director for the implementation/construction of projects

requirements

• must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Part 2) in Architecture with at least 3 years of working experience


• experience in project coordination with various disciplines, i.e C&S, M&E, landscape, etc.


• experience in highrise buildings i.e condominium, serviced apartments, office etc.


• profieciency in computer and autocad drawing is a must


• familiar with local by-laws and submission requirement to various authorities


• digital perspective skill, sketch up and Lumion or equivalent, knowledge in PowerPoint, Indesign and Photoshop.
