Job Description:
  • Responsible for sales support, attending to customer enquiries and customer liaison to ensure customer’ requirement are met.

  • Record details of enquiries, comments, complaints and action taken.

  • Ensure excellent and timely response to walk-in customers or phone/fax/email queries and complaints.

  • Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.

Requirement:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

  • With working experience in customer service, preferably in the legal firm/ financial services/ property industry

  • A team player with excellent proven problem solving abilities, resourceful and customer service skills

  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Cantonese

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.

  • Must be willing to work at Damansara Perdana
