job description

• to ensure that all architectural works are executed with architect’s instruction


• supervise work on site independently on behalf of the consulting architect and project architect


• quality control of contractor’s performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction materials


• highlight critical issues or problems immediately to the consulting architect i.e NCR, workmanship, safety etc.


• provide architectural design solutions to minor work on site, including temporary works to facilitate construction works on site


• administration of day-to-day matters arising between consultants and contractor on architecture elements of work


• plan and monitor project to ensure that the budget, delivery, schedule, technical, safety and quality aspect are met

requirements

• candidate must be willing to work at site


• at least 10 years of working experience particularly in hih rise residential projects


• bachelors’ degree, post diploma, professional degree, architecture or equivalent

culture
