Food Technologist

Job Description :

1. Establish, implement and maintaining Food Safety System.
2. Responsible for the non-conformances in Food Safety System and Quality standards. In charge of carrying out investigations on complaints.
3. To implement new product development procedures and guidelines.
4. Responsible to manage product, process and packaging innovations for the factory.
5. To achieve and maintain required technical standards in products (formula & packaging) and processes for all the products in individual portfolio. 6. Responsible to handle application and documentation for certificate that related. (HALAL,ISO,HACCP)


Job Requirements :


1. Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Technology or equivalent.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Self-starter who uses own initiatives.
4. Knowledge in HALAL,GMP,HACCP & ISO would be advantage.
5. Required languange (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
