about the role
Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, the Account Executive would be given the opportunity to manage a few accounts while working closely with businesses in other regions. Working in a lean team, exclusive guidance will be provided by the superior and fellow colleague with abundance of experience in the field. Working with an agreeable manager, this team has the highest retention in the company

duties & responsibilities

• Perform full set of accounts including both monthly and annual financial closing


• Maintain close interaction with customer service in regard to customer collections


• Monitor Accounts Receivable for regional entities


• Coordinate weekly reconciliation between business transactions and actual banking


• Assist senior finance manager in handling any ad-hoc task when necessary, which may include HR and admin matters

skills & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business and/ or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ MICPA/ equivalent


• Good excel skills is needed for this position


• Good interpersonal skills required to interact with stakeholders of different levels and countries


• Both fresh grad and candidate with experience up to 3 years are encourage to apply


• Good command of both English and Chinese required because job includes communication with counterparts in other region which predominantly speaks only Chinese
