Responsibilities:- To provide in-game support to all customers.
- To plan and execute in-game events.
- To provide periodic reporting to immediate supervisors on all internal products related issue.
- Responsible in the testing and evaluation of all product related content.
- To moderate assigned product forums and investigate game hacks and provide preventive solutions.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification or higher level.
- Familiar with computer and internet usage.
- Possess working experience in the related field at less 1 year is an added advantage.
- Able to speak and write in Chinese and English is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- A team Player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is an added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and high level of creativity on the job are essential.
