Outlet Manager

Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Overall accountability for the operation, ensuring delivery on the Customer Promise, and ensuring desired store outcomes (increased sales, profitability, and employee retention).

  • Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings.

  • Provides coaching and feedback to team and managers on team stations, products, processes and policies.

  • Assumes full accountability for the restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies, following cash control & security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, equipment maintenance and reviewing financial reporting to enhance restaurant results.

  • Leads restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and retaining effective team talent. Counsels and disciplines team members as necessary.

 
Requirements:
 

  • Minimum SPM / Professional certificate / Diploma in Food & Beverage Services management or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in F&B Industry, Retails or Hospitality industry (for Store Manager position)

  • Has good management and analytical skills. Able to supervise and train new service crews, barista’s & cashiers.

  • Able to manage time properly and work efficiently in a fast-pace environment, whilst maintaining quality customer service.

  • A team player with good initiative and excellent leadership skill

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa

  • Willing to work shift, weekends and public holidays

  • Postions available at Bangsar, Damansara Perdana, Bukit Bintang, Subang Jaya
