Marketing Executive

Job responsibility
· Position PropertyGuru as the Top of Mind Marketing partner for Malaysian’s real estate agents/agencies.
· Help build strong and differentiating value propositions that help Real Estate Agents / Agencies achieve their conversion objectives.
· Enable a steady flow of high-quality sales leads to the PropertyGuru Sales team (build pipeline).
 
Tasks
· Marketing planning & budgeting
· Marketing communications: define messaging & touch-point effectiveness, create marketing materials, Trade PR and agent engagement content strategy & execution, merchandising, new product introductions
· Sponsorships & partnership development
· Agent Trade events execution
· Build database and drive leads to PropertyGuru Agency sales teams
· Supporting Sales team in terms of market insights & stats, sales strategy, sales collateral development, promotional calendar
       
KPIs
· Agent Sales
· Average Revenue per Agent (ARPA)
· Net net Agent customers

Requirements
· Experienced Trade Marketer – Agent / Agency
      – Minimum 2 years in Trade Marketing role preferably dealing with real estate agents / agencies,
      – Ideally 1+ year recent experience in online / media industry
·  A true team player, aggressive, has initiative, quick leaner and has strong communication skills
· High energy and can-do attitude
· Fluent in English and Mandarin(optional)
