job description

• check construction drawings, drawing details, specifications and built drawings


• ensure compliance with design interest, cost effective design with minimal discrepancies on drawings


• attend meetings and assist project manager to review and advise on architectural issues to ensure compliance to design objectives and design quality


• coordinate with consultant architects, engineer, builders, contractors etc to ensure no delay in construction work caused by either drawing discrepancy or missing information


• implement and enforce quality control to ensure correct construction methods and practices are being adopted at site


• resolve technical problems encountered on site and produce construction drawing details to supplement construction when necessary


• head, arrange and delegate site supervision architectural team to set up procedure for enforcement of quality control

requirements

• must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Architecture or equivalent.


• at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position


• preferably senior architects specializing in architecture or equivalent
