Job Description

The Software Platform Management Service role is a desktop management role providing support for workspace engineering and software distribution. The people in this role will have skills that give them the ability to customize, manage and safeguard the end user software platforms. Needed skills include an understanding of application packaging, electronic software distribution and desktop image build. In addition, they can perform tier 3 support and are technical subject matter experts. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must since they will often have to interface with the client as well as other IBM team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 2 year experience in IT analysis experience


• At least 2 year experience in Significant, demonstrable know


• At least 3 years experience in IT related experience in an enterprise environment


• ledge across multiple platforms, technologies and processes

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• At least 1 years experience in IT related experience in an enterprise environment


• At least 1 year experience in IT analysis experience


• At least 1 year experience in Significant, demonstrable knowledge across multiple platforms, technologies and processes
