Role: General Manager – Health & Fitness

Location: Malaysia/Thailand

• Operational responsibility for general hospitality and catering areas, requiring strong operational experience training given on the financial element of the business


• Fully operational, ‘hands on’ role, as well as back of house duties


• Overseeing retail, leisure and retail areas of the business


• Liaising with central facilities teams to ensure smooth service offer


• Fun environment with good working culture


• Excellent service and career development training


• Working alongside as well as developing the management team to constantly provide excellent service to customers


• Must have a desire to help others Health and Fitness, qualifications will be preferred

The Person

• Experience at General Manager level in Health & Fitness clubs


• Genuinely enjoys working with others


• An individual who is keen to progress their career and learn from those around them


• Ability to be pro-active in terms of marketing and increasing sales


• A background in contract / retail or multi-site food & beverage environments is preferred
