About the company
One of the region’s leading advertising companies is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to support its’ next phase of growth.


About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this Group Reporting Manager will be responsible for consolidating the financial reporting of the Group’s regional offices.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Prepare monthly group consolidation report

  • Prepare quarterly announcements and relevant board papers for Board of Directors and Bursa Malaysia

  • Liaise with external auditor on annual Group Audit and drafting the group audited report

  • Review the Group’s overseas subsidiaries on their monthly accounts and ensure accuracy of all accounting transactions

  • Responsible for the preparation of annual report

  • Ensure all accounting, financial policies, procedures and reporting systems are adhered and improved on, where necessary

  • Compile and prepare annual budgeting and forecasting

  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, or a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent

  • Member of MIA

  • Working experience of at least 3-5 years in the same capacity

  • Must have hands-on experience in Bursa and Group Reporting

  • Must be able to work independently and as a team
