ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
We are an established MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TRADING COMPANY based in Bandar Puteri Puchong.
In line with our expansion plans, we would like to invite individuals with high degree of dedicated and good communication skills to join our company.
Accounts cum Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
•Handle full sets of accounts.
•Prepare monthly report for management.
•Cash book entries and budget list.
•Proper records on company assets and its schedule of payments, etc.
•Any other tasks related to finance and administration matters.
•Responsible for book keeping of company accounting.
•Prepare Invoice and DO and Quotation.
•Maintain good filling system
•Handle daily operational administration work
Requirement:
– Possess a Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent.
– Fresh graduates in Accounting/Banking/Finance or equivalent are welcomed to apply.
– Those with working experience in Accounting & admin industry will have an added advantage.
– Able to work independently.
– Knowledge in GST is an added advantage.
– Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e. word, excel, etc.).
– Proficient in writing and speaking in TAMIL/MALAY/English.
– Candidates who can communicate in Tamil will be added advantage.
