Job Description:
– Process payment – Issue cheque, internet payment, raise payment voucher
– Key AP invoices, payment into ERP
– Handle GL and Journal Entries
– Prepare GST quarterly schedules
– Attending to incoming calls
– Manage stationary & pantry supplies
– Arrange all courier matters
– Maintain office filing and storage systems
– Full set account knowledge is an added advantage
– Good command on English and Bahasa Melayu. Other language skills will be an added value
– Possess positive working attitude and keen to learn
– Able to multi-task and work independently
– Flexible hours can be arranged. Please inquire for more information
