Job Description:
-Issue daily deliver order, invoices and other relevant document.
-Filing documentation
-Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the right person
-Handling & prepare documentation
-May assist in typing quotation
-Entertain walk-in customers
-To follow-up monthly collection
Job Requirement:
-Prossess at least SPM.
-Knowledge in UBS sytem.
-Possess computer skills (excel, microsoft word)
-Minimum 2 years working experience, however fresh graduates are welcome
-Able to work independently and as a team.
-Fast learner
-Willing to help & learn
-Prefer Chinese with mandarin speaking
**Training will be provided.
**5.5 days work
