1. To perform general administrative, basic accounting and payroll matters.
2. Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers,accounts receivable and processing of accounts payable and bank reconciliation.
3. Prepare and update of quotations, purchase orders,data entry and provide day to day administration support ,maintain a proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
4. Pleasant personality, presentable and able to interact well with people.
5. Any other ad-hoc tasks, as and when required by the management.
6.Computer literate,willing to learn and take initiative to do work.female prefer. good working attitude is priority.
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma.
Having working experience in the related fieldis added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
Must know how to use MS Office (Excel, Word)
Working time : 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
