Job Description for Assistant Manager
– Help to supervise/manage operations (invoices, delivery orders, packing)
– to secure new customers
– to service current customers (follow up and deliver products to customers)
– Help to set up and wrap up for events
– Ad hoc deliveries and errands
– Working hours: Monday to Friday (10am – 7pm), Weekends and Public Holiday (if involved in events)
Requirements:
– Positive, cheerful, self-motivated, responsible and pro-active
– Pleasant and good inter-personal skills
– Non-smoker
– Speaks fluent Chinese and English
– Minimum Diploma, 1-2 years sales experience
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Own car and valid driving licence
Remuneration:
– Basic + Commission (for new customers secured) + Transport Allowance
