Frontdesk / ReceptIon - Mahkota Cheras

Mahkota Cheras, Selangor HOTEL ORKID INN

​Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming calls
-Process accurate and timely booking
-Reply clients emails
-Check in / out the rooms
-Handle payment (cash / credit card)
-Prepare shift report
 
Requirements:
-Willing to work in shift 
-Willing to work extra time if needed.
-Willing to work on weekend & public holidays.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
– Pleasant personality with positive attitude
– Independent with good interpersonal skills
– Customer service-oriented
– Analytic and good problem solving skills
-Fluent language skills required – good written & verbal skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and (or) Chinese. Other languages are an added advantage.
– Must be computer literate
-Has personal transport to and from work.
– Able to start work immediately
-Application available for Malaysian citizen ONLY.
